Workout for the World 2026
Turning workouts into life-saving support for kids!
On 20th June 2026, Les Mills club partners across Aotearoa and around the globe will sweat for a cause for Workout for the World.
Created by Les Mills in partnership with UNICEF, the campaign turns workouts into essential supplies and services for children affected by conflict and natural disaster.
By joining this movement, the fitness community can channel its collective energy to ensure that when emergencies strike, vulnerable children are never left behind.
What is Workout for the World?
Les Mills & UNICEF Partner for Impact
On Saturday June 20th, 2026, Les Mills clubs around the world will host special Workout for the World classes and release events. Participating clubs will be running charity classes open by donation, so anyone can get involved. It’s a great opportunity to get your sweat on while supporting UNICEF’s emergency response work – changing the lives of kids living in crisis.
UNICEF have been proudly partnering with Les Mills since 2017. Since then, our global fitness community has demonstrated incredible generosity - with previous campaigns successfully helping to raise more than US$2 million for children affected by emergencies.
As Les Mills Impact Manager, Jo Perkins puts it:
"This is about harnessing the incredible energy of our global fitness community to help UNICEF provide life-saving support for children. When we come together, not only to move, but for something bigger than ourselves, the impact reaches far beyond anything we can do alone.”

Exercise for a Cause:
Funding the UNICEF Emergency Response
Right now, the need for international solidarity could not be more critical. More than one in six children globally are currently living in active conflict zones. In the sudden wake of war or a devastating natural disaster, children can lose access to basic shelter, healthcare, clean water, education, and physical safety in an instant.
When these humanitarian emergencies strike, UNICEF is on the ground for kids and their families, arriving within 48 hours to deliver rapid emergency supplies and long-term psychological support. However, none of these rapid deployments are possible without vital donations, raised by activations like Workout for the World, where thousands of people will be choosing to exercise for a cause.
