Welcome to UNICEF Aotearoa’s Resource Hub
We're committed to empowering children and young people to become champions of their own rights - this begins with child rights education and raising awareness. By learning about child rights, tamariki, rangatahi and adults are empowered to take action and bring about change in their immediate environment (family, school + community settings), as well as at national and global levels.
Child Rights Resources for Children
'For Each and Every Child' is a bilingual picture book explaining the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, in child-friendly language, and illustrated by notable' New Zealand artists. We'd like to acknowledge OMEP Aotearoa for sharing this resource and the 'Teacher's Resource' across New Zealand.
