Terms & Conditions
By entering this Draw, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to the Draw Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set out below.
1. How to enter
1.1. Participants enter the Draw by submitting a survey response on https://survey.hsforms.com/2JH86ZK4oQq6aLwZQ04M1tQcej03 or https://survey.hsforms.com/2V-sS5IyVSiCDrJLzQUZ61Qcej03 during the Draw Period. Participants must access their designated survey link through their personalised email
1.2. Entry to the Draw is free.
1.3. Entry to the Draw is limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
1.4. Each entry will be assigned a unique number for the purposes of conducting the draw. Participants will receive a confirmation email that they are in the draw, subject to correct contact details provided.
2. Draw Period
2.1. The Draw starts 9:00am, Tuesday 23 June 2026 and closes at 12:00pm, Tuesday 7 July (“Draw Period”).
2.2. Entries made by any person, or received through the official entry form outside the Draw Period, or that are not otherwise valid entries, do not give the participants entry into the Draw.
3. Who can enter
3.1. This Draw is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and above who make a valid entry.
3.2. UNICEF Aotearoa staff members, contractors and board members (and their immediate family) are not eligible for entry.
3.3. UNICEF Aotearoa reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry and the validity of any entry made through the official entry form during the Draw Period and may disqualify any entry that is ineligible, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or made in breach of these Terms.
4. Prize information
4.1. There are 5 prizes to be won.
4.2. Each prize (“the Prize”) consists of one LEGO® Disney Moana 2 set and postage to a nominated postal address within New Zealand.
4.3. The sets are LEGO® | Disney Moana 2 Heihei (suitable for ages 9+), LEGO® | Disney Moana 2 Moana’s Adventure Canoe (suitable for ages 6+), LEGO® | Disney Moana 2 Moana’s Island Fun.
4.4. Each winner is solely responsible for any and all costs associated with using the Prize. No additional benefits or reimbursements will be provided.
4.5. The specific set received by each winner will be randomly allocated by the Organiser. Winners cannot select a particular set.
4.6. The Prize is as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
5. Draw information
5.1. Each winner will be determined by random selection on 2:00pm, 7 July 2026 from all valid entries received during the Draw Period.
5.2. If there is a dispute as to who submitted the valid entry associated with a winning entry, the winner will be the authorised account holder of the email address used to enter the Draw.
5.3. Each winner will be notified by phone call and/or email on the number and contact email they provided at the time of entry.
5.4. If UNICEF Aotearoa is unable to contact a winner after two attempts and they do not respond by 2:00pm, 9 July 2026 UNICEF Aotearoa may select another winner by random selection.
5.5. The selection results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.6. The Prize delivery will be arranged directly between the Prize winners and UNICEF Aotearoa and is subject to the Prize winners promptly providing UNICEF Aotearoa with all information requested.
5.7. The Prize winners are responsible for providing their correct contact and delivery details to receive the Prize.
5.8. Any attempt to resell or transfer any part of the Prize will result in cancellation of the Prize and UNICEF Aotearoa may then select another winner by random selection.
6. Liability
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNICEF Aotearoa is not liable to any person for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury whatsoever suffered as a result of participating in the Draw or accepting the Prize including, without limitation personal injury or property damage, suffered as a result of or arising from any person participating in the Draw or in connection with winning (or not winning), using or benefiting from the Prize.
6.2. If for any reason this Draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of UNICEF Aotearoa which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Draw, UNICEF Aotearoa reserves
7. Changes
7.1. UNICEF Aotearoa may amend or cancel the Draw if it cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside its control. Any material changes to the Draw or these Terms will be communicated promptly on the UNICEF Aotearoa website.
8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information is collected for the purposes of administering the Draw and will be handled in accordance with UNICEF Aotearoa’s Privacy Policy.
9. General terms
9.1. The New Zealand National Committee for UNICEF Trust Board (“UNICEF Aotearoa”) is the organiser of this Draw.
9.2. To the extent there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any other details/instructions relating to the Draw, these Terms prevail.
