To be the Communications Director for UNICEF NZ, you will be passionate about the brand and the work we do. You will be a story teller extraordinaire who can coach your team to write, interview, film and edit content to best effect. You will be experienced and skilled in digital platforms communication and savvy about what, where and when. Words like “integrated communications solutions” will make sense to you, indeed you can make them rock.

To be the Communications Director of UNICEF NZ you will be as interested in fundraising, and supporting our staff to inspire people to give, as you are about influencing the communications and marketing engine that is UNICEF internationally. You and your team will work across UNICEF NZ teams finding ways to bring global, national and local events to public attention.

You will know the NZ media environment and how to form partnerships that bring the voices of children forward.

The Communications Director manages a team of four people.
