Your role will be to lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that grow the UNICEF brand, support advocacy goals and achieve revenue targets.

Your role will involve:

  • Being a champion of creativity to drive results.
  • Guiding your team to effectively design and deliver audience-led marketing campaigns.
  • Developing end-to-end marketing campaigns to engage, acquire and retain donors, drive revenue growth, grow the UNICEF brand and support advocacy.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Designing and executing our go-to- market strategy across all target audiences.
  • Establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management.
  • Providing strategic advice to ensure SEM, SEO, re-targeting, social media and in-house digital display is optimised and measured for best campaign return on investment.
  • Analysing campaign results to generate insights, track ROI, recommend audience segmentation and make constructive recommendations to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Provide leadership that drives improvement, innovation and results.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary level qualification in a related field e.g. Marketing or Communications.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Deep market knowledge, especially in social, digital and brand management, and proven results.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering cross channel integrated marketing.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
