If you are passionate about charity work and children then we may have the perfect role for you here with us. This is a part time position where you would be engaging with new donors on the phone to thank them for their support and answer any questions they have. It will also involve aspects of donor retention by communicating with more long-term donors.
Our ideal candidate will have a genuine and friendly phone manner, efficient typing and computer skills, be good with people and have great customer service. You will need to be available to work 5 hours per shift, 3 days per week (weekdays only - no weekends) between 12pm - 5pm from our Wellington office (total 15 hours approx).
This role would be well suited to a mature-minded student or someone undertaking part-time studies. We are prepared to train the successful applicant in our CRM computer system. Prior customer service, call centre or administration experience is preferred. Most importantly we require that you have passion, commitment, dedication and a good work ethic.
