UNICEF shop uses DPS payment security systems to ensure that your credit card details are kept safe. We are however, also able to take orders via phone or fax, so please feel free to call us on 0800 537 739 or fax us on 04 496 9613

Using the Online Shop - FAQ's

Why do you need so many addresses?    
UNICEF shop asks for a billing address and a shipping address. The shipping address is the address where we will courier your parcel to. If you would like to send the bill somewhere else (e.g. because it is a g g ift) we have a separate billing address. If you order Inspired Gifts, for each Inspired Gift you get a choice of sending an email or a printed card. The printed card can be sent to any New Zealand address. If you would like this to go to you so that you can write a personalised message, tick the ‘use your delivery address’  box.  

How do I delete items from my shopping cart?  
To delete an item from you shopping cart, you need to put a zero in the quantity box on the check out page, and then push the ‘Update’ button

Shipping Rates and Information

All items bought from the UNICEF online shop are dispatched via courier (with the exeption of Inspired Gifts e-cards, which are emailed.)

Freight is charged at $5 per package.

If you have not recieved your parcel within a week, or have any querries relating to shipping, please feel free to send us an email at corp_cards@unicef.org.nz

We are only able to dispatch products to New Zealand addresses. If you wish to purchase something for delivery to an overseas address, please go to the UNICEF shop for that country. To find out if UNICEF has a shop in a particular country look here
