Artists for UNICEF

Each year UNICEF sells Christmas cards to raise funds for our work with children around the world.

UNICEF cards have a long history – starting 60 years ago, they are much loved by customers around the world.

One of the features of UNICEF cards in New Zealand is the use of local artists, who over many years have contributed to the wellbeing of children through their donation of the rights to reproduce their artworks.

We are currently looking for suitable designs for our 2010 catalogue, and would love any artists who feel that their work might be suitable to submit a design.

Once the cards have been printed, we will send each artist some of the cards for their use and inclusion in their portfolio.

If you are interested, please download and read through our guidelines.

Also, please note, we are looking for designs that will work well on a printed card, that have a Christmas theme. Please do not send us the actual artworks – a high quality jpg or similar is preferable. Often cards which have a simple iconic design, or reflect the New Zealand summer work well.  Please submit your artworks by 15th of June.
