Phone and Mail Orders

While our online shop is the main way our customers order, we certainly accept phone and e-mail orders.

Delivery Rates and Info

All items bought from the UNICEF shop online are dispatched via courier. The only exception to this is Inspired Gift e-cards, which are e-mailed. If you are wanting to send your Inspired Gift printed card overseas, please give us a call to arrange shipping costs on 0800 537 739.

For all shop items freight is $5.00 per package.

If you do not receive your package within a week, or have any queries relating to delivery, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at shop@unicef.org.nz

Please note that we are only able to dispatch physical items like Cards & Gifts and Educational Resources to New Zealand addresses.
