Delivery rates and info

All items bought from the UNICEF shop online are dispatched via courier. The only exception to this is Inspired Gift e-cards, which are e-mailed.

Freight is charged at $5.00 per package.

If you do not receive your parcel within a week, or have any queries relating to delivery, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at shop@unicef.org.nz

Please note that we are only able to dispatch to New Zealand addresses. If you wish to purchase something for delivery to an overseas address, please visit the UNICEF website for that country. To find out if UNICEF has a shop in a particular country, click here.
