Philanthropy Development Manager
UNICEF NZ seeks applicants to develop major donor philanthropy. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the major gifts program which consists of building personalised relationships with prospects and donors, resulting in solicitations of philanthropic gifts. This position is responsible for ensuring that the major gifts program meets goals and expectations as part of the comprehensive fundraising plan for UNICEF.

INTERNSHIPS


Are you super-organised, high-energy, a great communicator and passionate about children’s rights?
From time to time UNICEF NZ needs interns to help out with domestic and international advocacy, marketing and communications, education, event management, fundraising, and projects.

Typically our interns have a background in development studies, politics, or international relations and are looking to consolidate and enhance their academic learning, build new skills, and gain valuable work experience.

Placement is usually for between 3 - 6 months, with hours to be agreed with the programme manager.

If you are keen to get some hands-on experience with the world’s leading aid agency dedicated to children, watch this space!
