Our project was to turn some seriously dilapidated schools in the Solomon Islands into safe and welcoming places for kids. Thanks to the support of Kiwi donors and our ambassadors Gareth and Jo Morgan, these schools have had a makeover!
Dennis McKinlay, UNICEF NZ’s Executive Director, is in the Solomon Islands this week with the Morgan’s, two Kiwi donors and our friends from TV3 to see these schools. Here Dennis reports back on the exciting transformations he saw.
